What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We are confident that you would be satisfied with your purchases from UrbanSproutz, as we have spent a lot of time to ensure its quality. However, should there have been any unforeseen circumstances that our product  had failed to deliver its promise, please contact us within 1 month from the date of delivery via email at mail@urbansproutz.co for a full refund.

 

How do I return my order if it had arrived damage?

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at mail@urbansproutz.co within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you a replacement.
